Study on the Cross-cultural Conflict Phenomenon and Coping strategies in Jhumpa Lahiri’s The Namesake

In recent years, with the in-depth development of globalization, cross-cultural communication between East 
 and West is increasing. However, differences in cultural background historical tradition lead to great social values, thinking patterns behavior norms West, which leads emergence conflicts brings adverse effects on activities.
